The Sauvignon Blanc Constantia shimmers lemon yellow in the glass. Its exciting bouquet is reminiscent of green figs with hints of gooseberries and green peppers. On the palate it is pleasantly dry, full-bodied with a delicate, long-lasting finish.
The Buitenverwachting winery is one of the leading South African white wine producers. It is located close to the Atlantic in the wine-growing region of Cape Town and is grown organically. The name of the property Buitenverwachting means “Beyond Expectations”. The wines of German owner Lars Maack have received international awards and are highly rated by critics.
