The Graham Beck Méthode Cap Classique Brut Rosé flows into the glass with a delicate silvery-pink color and a fine perlage on the edge of the glass. Aromas of fresh raspberries and cherries as well as a hint of minerality penetrate the nose. On the palate it presents itself with a lively mousse - berry notes and subtle hints of oyster shells brush across the tongue. Flirtatious, smart and elegant with a balanced structure!

The grapes for this sparkling wine were pressed whole cluster. Only juice of the highest quality could be used for further processing and fermentation. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were vinified separately. After fermentation was complete, the two wines were blended, slightly refined and bottled. The wine spent a lot of time on the lees to develop subtle yeasty notes with berry and cherry nuances.
