MAN Cabernet Sauvignon Ou Kalant

This Cabernet is a great blend of new world fruit flavors and at the same time the elegance of the old tradition. The grapes were harvested by hand, fermentation in steel tanks, 5% of the wine is aged in new American barriques, 15% in older barriques, the rest in wooden barrels, all for 12 months. 15% Merlot was added to the Cabernet Sauvignon to make the wine rounder and softer. A great “easy drinking” wine that goes well with rosemary, poultry and dark meat dishes.
