Only the first run (“free run” without pressing) is used for winemaking in order to preserve the pure and natural character of the Chenin Blanc. This is a fresh and expressive white wine with pronounced pear and quince aromas. Lively on the palate with hints of juicy apples, finely mineral with refreshing acidity.
